A video from the mediaportal website made my day. A hilarious video. Conversation between two big personalities of the US (say world). I could not resist myself laughing. ROTFL.

This clearly shows how can we differ in our pronunciation. What is “Hu” to one can be “who” to the another.
English being my second (better say my working language) I definitely need to work on it.
We do have online learning tools to get the matter in a better sense. And have a better knowledge of the language.
To pursue a course or to do a job in an English speaking nation one needs to pass TOEFL or ELTS. In India, there are BBC learning centers which help students much.
